SRA Intends to be an advocate of good architectural practice, SRA believes architecture and the built environment can have a positive impact and influence on people’s lives. SRA aims to develop an architecture that is progressive, sustainable and one that meets the needs of the occupant in terms of budget and program.
Sammy Romanous has an extensive range of experience in the construction industry especially in the residential sector in particular medium to high rise residential developments. In the past 25 years SRA has accumulated an extensive network of consultants, resources and suppliers which means SRA has the team and mean to take your project and ideas from inception to completion without leaving the office.
SRA aim however, is to foster a mutually rewarding relationship between architect and client, one that is based on mutual benefit, honesty and integrity. SRA can pride itself on a large number of return clients and their prodigy that are loyal to the practice.
Sammy Romanous is the principal of Sam Romanous Architects Pty Ltd (SRA); a small family based architectural practice established in 1994. Sammy Romanous graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in 1991.
He registered as an architect in 1994 and in 1996 commenced the practice in the heart of Sydney expanding west in Parramatta. Sammy Romanous became a qualified building contractor in 2007 and commenced offering clients supplementary building services. SRA hence became a “One Stop Shop” to potential clients.
Although the practice is small by comparison SRA provides a wide range of services ranging from Town Planning Assessments, Feasibility Studies, Building Reports, Architectural Documentation and Contract Administration.
